Apparently there are a lot of folks out there who enjoy painting disturbing scenes of children's toys, or more specifically, Raggedy Ann. This piece looks like it was actually painted from a still life set up by the artist, but I'm really wondering about the motivation behind using an oversize book with blank pages with a crappy white dishrag thrown over it, a few well-placed wooden blocks, a ball of indeterminate nature, and a self-pleasuring stuffed bear ....
